Professional Career
Upon graduating from PSG College of Technology, Ramachandran
worked as a Business Development Manager at FACE (Focus Academy for Career
Enhancement), Coimbatore from 2010 to 2013. He has won the Best Business
Development Manager award for his exemplary performance in sales during his
tenure in FACE.
Ramachandran is a Serial Entrepreneur, He has run multiple
successful ventures since graduating from IIM Ahmedabad. His first venture was
setting up a Canteen in a private college in Tamil Nadu which was later successfully
acquired. He also Co-founded Friend-In-Knead, a cake shop in Coimbatore where
he was in charge of sales and marketing until he left the organisation. Today
Friend In Knead serves 2000 customers every month. He currently runs The Social
Media Company, a Digital Marketing and Creative agency in Chennai.
Follow Your Passion
He has
been invited by the Israel embassy for the Youth Spokesperson delegation to represent Tamil Nadu. During this visit he understood the startup culture,
advanced agriculture techniques and water desalination plants from Israel.
He is
continuously addressing students on the topic “Follow Your Passion” in multiple
forums and educational institutions including IIM Ahmedabad and TEDx.
